Chairman's Message

NAWEM through the years of agility and perseverance has built up slowly but strategically with integrity and innovation the support for the financially challenged women to build up their businesses.

Year in and year out the organising committee led by our president and organising chairman has through their concerted effort staged annual events like tonight’s to bring in substantial amount for NAWEM’s activities and allocate some funds for TAN.

TAN has provided women enterpreneurs, grants to purchase fixed assets to enable them to start new businesses or expand their existing businesses. Our grants range from RM1000.00 to RM20,000.

The funds have been the result of the effort of all NAWEM members who have tirelessly contributed directly and indirectly to raise funds for TAN. I applaud the members for their sincerity in carrying out this good deed towards assisting other women to achieve their dreams.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the President of NAWEM and her dedicated team in pursuing this very worthy cause to assist the less fortunate women. To our audience tonight, your sponsorship and support have gone a long way to place TAN in a better position to carry out its business assistance programmes. Meet Our Exco

Sarojini Ruth Rajahser is the Managing Director of Data-Tech Sdn Bhd, a company providing outsourcing services for transferring data into input media such as paper document, microfilm and microfiche. A true entrepreneur at heart, Sarojini’s success story began with a humble start as a data entry operator. She quickly moved up the ranks to supervisor and her efforts paid-off when she bought over the company where she start her career.
