Anusuya Krishnan

Anusuya Krishnan is the CEO of Migite Sdn Bhd. She has more than 20 years of experience in managing and leading IT &Technology projects of various sizes from development to systems implementation and training for local as well international MNCs. Migi-Te is a private, technology-focused company offering consulting, solutions, services and training in Low Code Application Development and Business Process Managements Software (BPMS) solutions using the iLeap Low-Code Application Development platform a tool for digital transformation.

She has an MBA (Majoring in Entrepreneurship) from the Vlerick Business School in Belgium and a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) from the Universiti Sains Malaysia in Penang. She was selected as a participant for the “Competing on Data Analytics and Big Data” programme conducted by the Harvard Business School in Malaysia in 2017.

Anusuya is a passionate, intelligent and forward-looking IT professional who has always believed in pushing boundaries and breaking new ground. She is currently an Executive Committee member of NAWEM and handles Special Projects. In 2019, she was the Project Director and the driving force behind the highly successful “IR4.0 AND THE FUTURE OF WORK” conference organised by NAWEM in Kuala Lumpur and Kuching. As the Project Director for “Promoting 21st Century Gender Related Labour Practices in Malaysia” in 2017 and 2018 co-organised with The Asia Foundation (TAF) and funded by the US Department of State; she had organised the first conference on STEM Leadership for NAWEM in 3 cities in Malaysia.

During her previous role as the Chairman of Training in NAWEM, she had introduced programmes to grow entrepreneurship among Malaysians, particularly women such as the Empretec Entrepreneurship Training Workshop (ETW) from UNCTAD, Capacity and Capability Building (C2B) Programme funded by HSBC and KPWKM, Emphatic programme funded by HRDF, and Smart Domestic Manager training funded by the Women Development Department.
